Dit moet door een rechtbank (de rechtbank voor familiezaken) worden beslist en het is daarom raadzaam een advocaat te raadplegen om alle aspecten van een echtscheiding na te gaan alvorens aan deze procedure te beginnen.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Buitenlanders kunnen in Belgi\u00eb een echtscheiding aanvragen, ongeacht de nationaliteit van hun echtgenoot, onder bepaalde vrij ruime voorwaarden die v\u00f3\u00f3r de indiening moeten worden onderzocht.
