Este municipio es uno de los m\u00e1s discretos de la regi\u00f3n de Bruselas. Su pasado rural a\u00fan deja muchas huellas: huertas que todav\u00eda se cultivan, espacios verdes, granjas y molinos... Evere tambi\u00e9n alberga varios cementerios (los de Schaerbeek, la ciudad de Bruselas y Evere) que son lugares de recogimiento, silencio y verdor.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Evere est\u00e1 situado cerca de la infraestructura de la OTAN (Haren). Varias l\u00edneas de tranv\u00eda en el Bajo Evere, l\u00edneas de autob\u00fas en todo el municipio, dos estaciones de ferrocarril; el municipio ofrece f\u00e1cil acceso al Ring, la circunvalaci\u00f3n que rodea la capital.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El Museo del Molino y de la Alimentaci\u00f3n de Bruselas est\u00e1 instalado en un molino del siglo XIX. Dos centros culturales animan la ciudad. La Place Paduwa, la Chauss\u00e9e de Louvain y la Avenue H. Conscience cuentan con numerosos comercios. La gran distribuci\u00f3n est\u00e1 bien representada en la ciudad. Desde la iglesia Saint-Vincent, un paseo por el parque Bon Pasteur conduce al Moeraske (\"Peque\u00f1o Pantano\"), un peque\u00f1o rinc\u00f3n de naturaleza dispuesto en una estrecha franja de dos kil\u00f3metros donde prosperan la flora y la fauna.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Los precios inmobiliarios en Evere se sit\u00faan en la media alta, tanto para casas como para pisos.
