Tiene que decidirlo un tribunal (el Tribunal de Familia), por lo que es aconsejable consultar a un abogado para comprobar todas las cuestiones relacionadas con un divorcio antes de embarcarse en este procedimiento.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Los extranjeros pueden solicitar el divorcio en B\u00e9lgica, independientemente de la nacionalidad de su c\u00f3nyuge, bajo ciertas condiciones bastante amplias que deben examinarse antes de presentar la demanda.
