Sie muss von einem Gericht (dem Familiengericht) ausgesprochen werden. Daher ist es ratsam, einen Anwalt zu konsultieren, der alle Fragen, die eine Scheidung aufwirft, pr\u00fcft, bevor man sich auf das Verfahren einl\u00e4sst.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ausl\u00e4nder k\u00f6nnen in Belgien unabh\u00e4ngig von der Staatsangeh\u00f6rigkeit ihres Ehepartners einen Scheidungsantrag stellen, wenn sie bestimmte, weit gefasste Voraussetzungen erf\u00fcllen, die vor der Einreichung des Antrags zu pr\u00fcfen sind.
