l\u00e9gale<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 l&rsquo;administration communale de leur commune de r\u00e9sidence.\u00a0 Cette d\u00e9claration est act\u00e9e par l\u2019Officier d\u2019Etat civil et conf\u00e8re aux cohabitants des droits et obligations susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre\u00a0 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s par voie judiciaire\u00a0:\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>La protection du logement familial\u00a0: un des deux cohabitants ne peut pas prendre seul la d\u00e9cision de vendre, de le donner ou de constituer une hypoth\u00e8que sur le logement familial.<\/li><li>L\u2019obligation de chaque cohabitant de contribuer aux charges de la vie commune.<\/li><li>L&rsquo;obligation solidaire de participer aux dettes contract\u00e9es pour les besoins de la vie commune ou pour les enfants qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9l\u00e8vent ensemble.<\/li><li>L&rsquo;administration \u00e9tablit\u00a0une imposition\u00a0conjointe, au nom des deux cohabitants l\u00e9gaux.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Cette d\u00e9marche est accessible \u00e0 toutes les personnes qui vivent ensemble en Belgique, quel que soit leur lien affectif ou familial, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019elles ne soient pas mari\u00e9es et ne cohabitent pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e9galement avec une autre personne.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La cohabitation l\u00e9gale prend fin automatiquement par le mariage ou par le d\u00e9c\u00e8s d&rsquo;un des cohabitants, ou volontairement par une d\u00e9claration commune ou une d\u00e9claration unilat\u00e9rale \u00e9crite et remise contre r\u00e9c\u00e9piss\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019officier de l\u2019\u00e9tat civil de la commune de r\u00e9sidence.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
